Pretty busy
Great restaurant close to the hotel. Food was awesome and my server Kaylani was one of a kind! The drinks were great with a peaceful atmosphere. Really enjoyed the visit.
I ordered delivery, and despite the driver showing up 15 minutes early, more than half of the food was cold and soggy and under seasoned. The portions were VERY small despite being pricey. I just spent nearly $50 dollars on what should have been multiple meals worth of food and barely have one solid meal. This is hands down the most disappointing food experience i've had all year.
Enjoyed the meal. Great atmosphere. Sitting by the fireplace during the winter is a nice touch.
Great and service and great food. Their recommendation was the spaghetti and meat balls...it was really great. Looking forward to return.
Just awful service. It took almost 10 minutes just to sit us. Once we were sat we got the most bland uninspired server I have ever seen. Once we got our food our food was not correct. I let the manager know and all he said was.... sorry. Just a terrible experience do not recommend one bit. Would rate 0/5 if I could.
The bread had way too much rosemary in it, it almost felt like eating a rosemary bush ☹️ my food was delicious tho (I wish there was more of it) and my drink was equally good. I wouldn't be going back tho
Food was solid but staff was best experience here. Bartender and associate working near the bar was very engaging. I also appreciated how the staff seems so knowledgeable about the gastronomic aspect of the menu.
I have the shrimp Portofino, my husband had the seafood raviolis we were both very happy as a matter of fact it was so good I close my eyes um um good
It was good it was our first time there and our waitress was great!
Horrible food. I will never eat at any Macaroni Grill again in my life. I use to really like this restaurant.. the meat was tough, the mac and cheese was pitifully and whatever it was in the rice and mushrooms side was spoiled rotten One bite and I frown worst than a baby eating a sour pickle.Just sicken. If I could give this review a -5 star then I would.I hardly ever give reviews but because this dinning experience was just horrible I had to say something.
Love this location. We arrived just before closing and they were out of lasagna but Carlos the manager bent over backwards to make me happy and happy I am. If you're looking for a good family location and Round Rock This is where you should come. Mikaylah was an excellent waitress also.
Excellent food. Excellent service
Fast and friendly service. Food is great plus a decent wine selection.
Went for an early dinner around 4:30 on a Thursday and beat any potential dinner rush. Our server was very nice and attended to us well. We had the truffle fries which were delicious as is their homemade ketchup. The passion citrus was also one of our favorites. They did seat us extremely close to the one other family in there which was not as comfortable and the seat was ripped, but other than that it was a great time out.
The service was good. We were greeted and seated right away and our server came to check on us multiple times and refilled drinks without needing to be asked. The calamari was fine. Could've been a bit crispier, but the sauces were good and the flavor was there. The eggplant parm on the other hand was not good at all. Two large pieces of eggplant that were not fully breaded and had hardly any mozzarella cheese and sauce on it. It was also under cooked and the pasta it came with was mushy. We also ordered chicken marsala which had over 7 cloves of whole garlic and over cooked/hard chicken. Bread was bomb tho.
Very nice service and great tasting food
Live Oak trees are awesome.
I was impressed with there service. Food had a good flavor. I haven't eaten here at all.I ordered a chicken marsala. Taste an flavor was great. The chicken was a flat not plump. I try something different next visit.
Great food, delightful server (Cathy). Recommended highly.
Was pretty good meal. My salmon was properly cooked and fresh; noting fancy or special. Two people in the party had a pasta and shrimp plate which they proclaimed as very good. One person was very unhappy with her fish and salad plate. Service by the staff was warm and friendly. Prices were reasonable. Dining room and restroom were clean.
We went on one of the busiest days of the year, Valentine’s Day, and we knew there would be a wait, but we sat at the bar and the 2 bar tenders were just amazing! We came from Temple Texas after work and they handled any problems set there way! We normally sit in the main dining room, but we will now come see them at the bar for now on! Big thanks to them for making our night great!!!
The food here is consistent and good selection. Not overly crowded but good for a nice evening dinner
The positives:Open on Christmas day Waitstaff and management were very courteous Ambiance is very niceFood for my wife and I was good and we enjoyed itThe negatives:My mom's food was terrible and was sent back after one bite.My dad's pizza was very underdone. After baking more in the oven at home it was passableThe Chianti was so so This restaurant will not be repeater for us. There is a much better Italian restaurant called La Cocina. I highly recommend them if you want Italian.
The food was fine, I'm mainly giving this location 5*s because of the manager. There was a small issue with our order and he went above and beyond to take care of it.Now, on to the food. Chicken parm was good, the lasagna was fantastic. The apps we got were solid. Price are a little on the high side for me, but overall my experience was very pleasant. Next time we're in the mood for Italian, this place will stay on the list.
went by the round rock location yesterday p.m. Haven't been in years and it all came back to me when I got home and opened up the container. A huge pile of noodles with half a little chicken breast for 18 bucks. Definitely won't return. When craving for Italian food will probably stick with Olive Garden at a fraction of the price with decent food and huge portions
I ask my son I wonder why their grass is so tall and unkept... he said they cut it to save money on their salads. I wonder when they will close this store down.
I liked it. The food is good. I do have a complaint though. Please, please wait until the the person is finished all of their food that they want to eat before trying to whisk away their plate. I found that very rude.
Friendly service with good food would sum this place up. I had a fresh parmesan chicken salad while my daughter had a margarita pizza. Both tasted were good. The free bread they serve is amazing! Just saying. The atmosphere was perfect, it was rainy and cold outside and we were seated by the fireplace perfect!!
I feel like it's getting more expensive, but the food and service is always good. For now, it's worth the price!
We recently moved into the area and decided to give this place a try for dinner on a Saturday night. The place looks nice on the inside, and surprisingly was not at all busy. We were impressed by the food, and more so that the wine menu had better options than say, Olive Garden. For those reasons alone we will definitely be back. Service was quick, though it wasn't busy.. I haven't been to a macaroni grill in a few years, and judging by the outside this place looks a little run down. Definitely won't disappoint if you make it inside. :)
Great food overall, and terrific service. The salmon is excellent. I wasn’t thrilled with the chopped salad. All of the actual Italian dishes we had were tasty.
Unbelievably disappointing. The bathrooms were worse than a truck stop. The food and service were very unremarkable.
